يوضح هذا الإشعار ما يحدث لبياناتك عند زيارة موقع rahlano.com أو مراسلتنا. يدير الموقع خالد الجهني، وهو جهة التحكم في هذه البيانات. تطبيق رحلانو قيد التطوير، وستكون له سياسة خصوصية مستقلة تُنشر عند إطلاقه.
عند زيارة الموقع
لا تتضمن الصفحة حسابات مستخدمين أو نماذج لإدخال البيانات، ولا نستخدم فيها أدوات تحليل أو إعلانات أو ملفات تعريف ارتباط، ولا تحفظ الصفحة اختيارك للغة على جهازك. لكن عند كل زيارة يعالج مزوّد الاستضافة Netlify تلقائيًا بيانات تقنية لازمة لعرض الصفحة وحمايتها من الهجمات، مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح ووقت الزيارة، ويحتفظ بها وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به.

عند مراسلتنا
مراسلتنا اختيارية. إذا راسلتنا على support@rahlano.com، نعالج عنوان بريدك واسمك إن ذكرته ومحتوى رسالتك، للرد عليك ومتابعة طلبك فقط. وإذا لم يكن عنوان بريدك صالحًا فلن نتمكن من الرد.
تصل الرسائل عبر خدمة تحويل البريد لدى مسجّل النطاق Porkbun (سياسة الخصوصية) إلى صندوق بريد لدى Google (سياسة الخصوصية).
الأساس النظامي لهذه المعالجة: مصلحتنا المشروعة في الرد على طلب بادرت أنت بإرساله.
نحذف الرسائل عند انتهاء الحاجة إليها، وبحد أقصى ١٢ شهرًا من آخر تواصل، ما لم يلزمنا النظام بمدة أطول. وقد تبقى نسخ منها في النسخ الاحتياطية لدى مزوّد البريد مدة محدودة وفق سياسته. ننصحك بعدم إرسال بيانات حساسة عبر البريد.
مع من تُعالج البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك. نعالجها باستخدام مزوّدي الاستضافة والبريد المذكورين، وقد نفصح عنها عندما يقتضي النظام ذلك.
المعالجة خارج المملكة
مزوّدو الاستضافة والبريد المذكورون شركات مقرها الولايات المتحدة، فقد تُعالج البيانات التقنية ورسائلك خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، وفق سياسات هؤلاء المزوّدين المرتبطة أعلاه.
حقوقك
وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية، ووفق الشروط والاستثناءات النظامية، يحق لك:
- العلم بكيفية معالجة بياناتك، وطلب الوصول إليها والحصول على نسخة منها.
- طلب تصحيحها أو إتلافها.
- سحب موافقتك متى كانت الموافقة أساس المعالجة.
- تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
لممارسة أي حق، راسلنا على support@rahlano.com. قد نطلب ما يلزم للتحقق من أن الطلب منك، وننفذه خلال المدة النظامية.
تحديث هذا الإشعار
نحدّث هذا الإشعار عند أي تغيير في طريقة عمل الموقع، مثل تغيير الاستضافة أو إضافة أي أداة جديدة، ونغيّر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاه.

This notice explains what happens to your data when you visit rahlano.com or email us. The site is operated by Khalid Aljuhani, the controller of this data. The Rahlano app is in development and will have its own privacy policy, published when it launches.
When you visit the site
The page has no user accounts or data-entry forms, uses no analytics, advertising or cookies, and doesn’t store your language choice on your device. On every visit, however, our hosting provider, Netlify, automatically processes technical data needed to serve the page and protect it from attacks, such as your IP address, browser type and time of visit, and keeps it under its own privacy policy.
Legal basis for this processing: our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site.
When you email us
Emailing us is optional. If you email support@rahlano.com, we process your email address, your name if you include it, and your message, only to reply and follow up on your request. If your email address isn’t valid, we won’t be able to reply.
Messages are forwarded by our domain registrar Porkbun’s email forwarding service (privacy policy) to a mailbox hosted by Google (privacy policy).
Legal basis for this processing: our legitimate interest in replying to a request you chose to send.
We delete messages once they’re no longer needed, and no later than 12 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. Copies may remain in the email provider’s backups for a limited time under its policy. Please don’t send sensitive data by email.
Who processes the data
We don’t sell your data. We process it using the hosting and email providers named above, and may disclose it when the law requires.
Processing outside Saudi Arabia
The hosting and email providers named above are based in the United States, so technical data and your messages may be processed outside Saudi Arabia, under those providers’ policies linked above.
Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law, and subject to its conditions and exceptions, you can:
- Know how your data is processed, and access it or request a copy.
- Ask us to correct or destroy it.
- Withdraw your consent where consent is the basis for processing.
- Complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
To exercise any of these rights, email support@rahlano.com. We may ask for what we need to confirm the request is yours, and we act on it within the statutory period.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice whenever the site changes how it works, such as a new host or any new tool, and change the date above.
